I think that this needs to change dramatically! This problem still goes on today, and is well hidden in some case. Racism is a major issue in America today, yes it's not as bad as it once was and people have come along way. But this still exsits in Jobs, and just in everyday things. I've experencied this in my job, it is something that no one should face or go through. Racism needs to be fixed in America to start with.
